Xinuos Certified Hardware has been certified by Xinuos's Engineering Services team in conjunction with the hardware vendor to ensure inter-operability. Xinuos is the initial contact point for any issues discovered with hardware listed as Certified .

If the problem can be duplicated, Xinuos will escalate the issue to the vendor and will work together with the vendor for resolution of the issue.

Compatible Hardware is hardware that is represented to work with the product based on driver availability, but has not been certified by either the OEM vendor or Xinuos.

Any vendor or Channel Partner of Xinuos whose hardware is listed as compatible is the technical support contact point for any issue that may arise.

White Box is defined by Xinuos as a complete computer system that has been assembled by the Xinuos Authorized Channel Partner and is made available for sale to their customers. The White Box is branded with the Channel Partners name and a unique model number representing the exact contents of the computer system.
