Development Kit 1.1.3u
The JavaTM Development Kit (JDKTM)
is a powerful development environment that is portable, object-oriented,
platform independent, and especially well suited for developing
Internet-enabled applications. The JDK includes the Java compiler,
interpreter, classes, and documentation and is licensed to all UnixWare
and OpenServer licensees.
JDK 1.1.3u is a full update release to the earlier JDK 1.1.3 for
SCO Operating Systems and includes a number of fixes and performance
improvements as well as a JIT compiler for SCO UnixWare 2.1.2 and
UnixWare 7 systems. JDK 1.1.3u supports JavaTM
WorkShopTM and JavaTM
StudioTM. JDK 1.1.3u is functional on SCO
OpenServer Release 5.0.4 and above, SCO UnixWare 2.1.2 and above,
and UnixWare 7.
