UnXis Channel Partners, end users, government, and corporate purchasing programs, banks, health care, retail companies all rely on the UnXis Hardware Database to supply them essential Computer System and Peripheral information for the UnXis operating system that they wish to deploy on. In some cases, Hardware availability dictates the UnXis operating system that they purchase.
As an UnXis authorized channel partner, OEM or IHV, your customers rely on the UnXis Hardware Database and select products for their application. This is one of the most used tools that UnXis provides. Listing of your hardware in the UnXis Hardware Database provides advertising, and increases sales opportunities. A product that is not listed in the UnXis Hardware Database is a product that UnXis customers will not be aware of, and will not purchase.
UnXis offers OEM Computer System Manufacturers (OEM), Peripheral Hardware Manufacturers (IHV), authorized UnXis Distributors, and Channel Partners four programs where their products can be listed in the UnXis Hardware Database. Products listed can be classified in two ways, either UnXis Certified or Compatible in the UnXis Hardware Database.
UnXis Authorized Distributors and Channel Partner Programs
Rebranding Certification Program (RCP)
This program is available to UnXis authorized Distributors and Channel Partners who are customers of major OEM suppliers of computer systems. The channel partner purchases computer system components and then assembles a "White Box" system using their own model name and model number. If the original OEM has Certified a specific Server Board, the channel partner can re-certify the same system using this program. Contact UnXis sales for further information.
Computer System Listing Program (SLP)
This program is available to UnXis authorized Distributors and Channel Partners who wish to list a computer system as "Compatible" in the UnXis Hardware Database. The channel partner assumes all support issues requested by their customers who purchased this system.
Hardware Programs for OEM and IHV Partners
Engineering Services - OEM or IHV Support
This program is available to OEM and IHV Partners. For this program the participating OEM or IHV is assigned an UnXis Technical Account Manager. Unlimited Certification of Hardware products, testing of new device drivers, interactive resolution of customer issues, and weekly conference calls make this the Premier Service from UnXis. This yearly contract is negotiated based on the level of services required.
Individual Hardware Certification Program
This program is available to OEM and IHV Partners who wish to list specific systems or hardware products in the UnXis Hardware Database on a limited basis. Contact UnXis sales for further information.
