  • Licensed for 1 mail server available in 10 or 100 user mail account configurations
  • 1 year of software maintenance through SCO Update
  • Available with a 10 or 100 client license for the SCOoffice Mail Connector for Microsoft Outlook
  • Includes UnixWare 7.1.3 media kit
  • 10 user version includes UnixWare 7.1.3 Base Edition License
  • 100 user version includes UnixWare 7.1.3 Business Edition License
  • Classic technical support includes:
    • Support for one license (system/installation)
    • Unlimited Installation and configuration technical support incidents via phone, web or email for one year
    • Assistance with mail server configuration
    • Support for UnixWare
    • Assistance integrating your mail client software with the UnixWare Office Mail Server
    • Securing your SCOoffice Mail Server with anti-spam and anti-virus software
    • Five business hour response
    • Two Named technical support contacts
    • Online Service Manager includes:
      • Access to current product technical articles and patches
      • Ability to submit service requests online
      • Online support activity and status

STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday through Friday excluding holidays

  • In North & Latin America: 6 am to 5 pm PT
  • In EMEIA: 8am to 5 PM GMT

SUBMITTING TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTS:

Please refer to your Certificate of License And Authenticity or the Support Validation Card that comes with your product for support contact information. When submitting a technical support request, please include the following required information:

  • Serial Number located on Certificate of License And Authenticity
  • Your Contact Name and email address
  • Your Company Name
  • Your Company Address, Telephone Number and Fax Number
  • SCO Product Name & Release (Example UnixWare Office Mail Server Release 2.0)
  • Detailed problem description or exact error message and actions taken
  • Detailed hardware description
