SCO and HP Announce Training DVD

SCO and HP have produced a training DVD on how to set-up and install the Modular Storage Array 1000 on SCO UnixWare.

The training video presented by HP was shot at SCO Forum 2004, but several sections have been added: Specifically clear instructions on how to connect the MSA1000 to the server. The DVD shows how economical, secure, and easily-managed the HP/SCO solution really is. By combining SCO software with HP Modular Storage Array products the customer gets the perfect solution in a clear and concise way.

The DVD features training on:

• MSA1000 features and requirements
• Connecting the MSA1000 to a SCO UNIX Server
• Configuring the Software and HBA Drivers
• Using the Array Configuration Utility (ACU)
• Configuring the 2/8 switch option
• SCO Support options for the HP Modular Storage Array

This can be viewed on any DVD player and has been professionally edited. It is playable on a home theater system or a computer system that has a DVD reader. In addition, there is a DVD-ROM component, for use on computers, that contains a configuration guide for SCO UnixWare and a White Paper. The WP was was distributed at Forum 2004.
