Server Start-up
If you are planning to deploy a UNIX system, getting your new system
up and running can be a challenge, unless you enlist an experienced
team from UnXis Professional Services to help you every step of the
way.
Description
Phase I. Pre-installation consulting (telephone-based)
- 4 sessions of 2 hours each to be scheduled by mutual agreement
between the consultant and the customer. All sessions should be
within the same 30 day period.
- Interview the customer concerning server use
- Determine the best server configuration
- Review the required hardware and software checklist
- Plan the packaging and configuration required for customer-specific requirements
- Review the initial steps for the installation
Phase II. Consulting during installation (on-site or telephone-based)
- 8 hours of consulting in one calendar day or two 4 hour sessions across 2 consecutive calendar days
- Consultant "on-call" during the actual install time to answer questions on software and hardware issues
- Assistance with post-installation tuning
Phase III. Consulting for 30 days after installation (telephone-based)
- Up to 12 hours of telephone consulting over the 30 days after installation
- On-phone troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Assistance with system adminstration of the system
